We have free parking spaces available for all our clients near the salon. It will help our beloved clients to enjoy their stay in our place without any worries about their cars outside.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to JC’s Hair Palace. They are reserved especially for you, but we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully ask for at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we’ll miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of your $20.00 security deposit since the services are reserved for you personally.
The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy criteria.
